As noted, Neopart LLC owns all the bus-related intellectual property that was previously owned by Neoplan USA Corporation. Neopart estimates that North American transit agencies have over $1 billion of Neoplan buses operating today, and a principal mission of Neopart is to ensure that these fleet owners maximize the longevity of their Neoplan buses.
